This is very handy and powerful school software. It reflects main ledger with their corresponding sub ledger, Profit and loss report, Income-Expenses report, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Daily Trial Balance, statement of student and staff and journal etc.
All reports are 100% accurate, printable, exportable, Customizable such as font, size and various printing layout. It automatic backup the database file. It is 100% error free. User can easily edit or delete voucher and other account's information.
It prepares first information bill, cash bill, staff payroll, library management and result publishing (progress report, tabulation sheet, ID card, Admit card) etc. Minimum configuration of pc can easily run the software. Installation package can maintain the entire environment (such as fonts, ODBC) for this software in single step of installation.

This is another excellent example of very handy and powerful billing software designed to manage the accounts of all types of business. Like the previous one, It provides very clear images of Profit and loss report, Income-Expenditure report, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Daily Trial Balance, and journal as well. It's main focus is on the different records of Calculation of money spent or gained in your company. In other words it gives you the clear picture of the sources from where money entered in your account and where it has gone or remaining. Its reports also are 100% accurate, printable, exportable, and customizable as in the case of COPAS. This also is user friendly and many features of the software's can easily be edited or are flexible to make it fit to your requirements.
